Our Philosophy
Montessori Eco Schools
Established in 2008, Montessori Eco Schools believes education should be about nurturing independence and igniting a lifelong love for learning — anchored in a strong set of values: Respect, Integrity, Diligence, Initiative, and Community.
Our child-led approach and prepared environments give children the freedom to explore, discover, and grow with confidence, flourishing at their own pace.
Come meet our dedicated team, explore our environments, and see why families choose us for an education rooted in care, respect, and excellence.

Our People
A Radiant Future

Heather Kreusch
Director
B.Tech in Film & Television (Tshwane University of Technology), Montessori diplomas from HeadStart Mercy Montessori, leadership certificates from WITS Business School and the Sustainability Institute. Certified in Natural Health & Nutrition (UNISA), Brain Gym and Art Therapy, and currently completing a Masters in Leadership in Education through Liverpool John Moores University.
“Our vision is to develop game changers who contribute to society to create a radiant future. We do this by fanning into flame the natural curiosity of the child, awakening his full potential.”
We are a school with a great dream — of weaving together the fabric of a harmonious, productive society built on mutual respect, that cherishes excellence, the environment, and sustainable progress for all.
“Thank you to Heather and all the wonderful teachers who have made Paige's time so very happy.”
— Louise Clements, MES Parent

At Chartwell House, we offer more than just a school — we offer a community where children are encouraged to explore, experiment, and engage with the world around them.
Our Montessori-inspired curriculum is designed to nurture creativity, independence, and a love for learning, all while deepening children's respect for the natural world.
